Delete Your Entry Karo Account

Applies to the Entry Karo mobile app (com.entrykaro.app)

You can request deletion of your Entry Karo account and all associated personal data at any time. This applies whether you signed up with email/password, Google, or Apple.

How to request deletion

Send an email to mohinderpunia82@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account.
Use the subject line: "Delete my Entry Karo account"
Include your registered name, email/phone, and society name (if known) so we can locate your account.

We acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile — name, email, phone, password, photo
Visitor passes and entry logs created by your account
Complaints you filed, including attached photos
Push notification token

What may be retained

Gate entry/security logs tied to your society's records, where retention is required for security or legal purposes, kept in de-identified or minimal form
Records needed to resolve an open complaint you filed, until resolution
Data we are legally required to retain (e.g. billing records, if applicable)
